Our wood mechanics (m/f/d) learn about individual production and highly automated series production in our own training workshop. The profession combines manual activities with working on state-of-the-art CNC machines and systems. Wood mechanic (m/f/d) is the apprenticeship for young people who want to combine creativity and craftsmanship with the latest technology.

-processing wood and wood-based materials
-reading and creating sketches and drawings
-planning, monitoring and controlling the production process
-using modern woodworking machines and IT systems

YOUR TRAINING LOCATION

-Training workshop and production at the Stockheim site
-Coburg state vocational college

-Qualified secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschule or M-Zug)
-At least good performance in mathematics, physics and technology
-Interest and skill in crafts
-Enjoy working with wood
