Procedure and focus
Your training will take place in our department store in Kronach and at the vocational school. Your practical work with us will focus on your future tasks as a retail salesperson or sales assistant. You will learn everything you need to know to give your customers good advice and sell our goods. This will make you fit for the real world. Daily contact with customers will make your working day with us interesting and varied. Your tasks will also include presenting goods, checking the product range and keeping and processing sales statistics, as well as checking incoming goods and checking stock levels.
During your training, experienced colleagues will be on hand to advise you. Internal training courses prepare you optimally for the examination at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The training period to become a retail salesperson (m/f/d) is 3 years and the training period to become a sales assistant (m/f/d) is 2 years.
Requirements
You enjoy fashion trends and innovative topics. You look forward to daily contact with demanding customers as well as friendly colleagues and working in a team. You like to get things moving and contribute your own ideas.
