YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:
You are primarily responsible for second-level support for several locations of our ASS family. You use the existing ticket system for this and are entrusted with the following activities:

Server administration of the Linux / Windows VMs based private cloud infrastructure
-Planning and implementation of own IT projects

You will also provide first and second level support for the following topics:

-Hardware and software management
-Administration of user rights
-Configuration and troubleshooting of the SDWAN / LAN / VolP network
-Instruction and training of new employees

-Very good previous knowledge of network technology, ServerOS, Linux, Unix, Win2k19, ClientOS, Windows10, databases, SQL and one or more programming languages / scripting languages
-Excitement and thirst for knowledge in the IT sector
-Good knowledge of the OpenSource world
-Good written and spoken English skills
-Independent and reliable way of working
