To strengthen our team at the Sprechtsbrunn site, we are looking for a plant operator (m/f/d) for our painting plant with the following tasks:
- Independent operation of the painting system as well as carrying out pre- and post-processing activities
- Ensuring a uniform spray pattern and clean transitions with several colors
- Setting up, adjusting and operating machines and robots
- Ensuring system availability in accordance with the production plan
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring compliance with all quality specifications
- Carrying out regular maintenance and cleaning work to ensure smooth operation of the painting system
- Participating in process optimization
Requirements
- Completed vocational training; relevant work experience is an advantage
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Quality awareness
- Independent and autonomous work
- Good IT user skills
- Friendly communication, ability to work in a team
