Your tasks will include
- You will independently prepare mortgage lending valuations and value indications for all property types, in particular for commercial properties including management and operator properties in accordance with Section 5 BelWertV. § 5 BelWertV and carry out the associated property inspections
- You check the plausibility of mortgage lending value determinations by external appraisers and carry out the regular review of real estate collateral in accordance with CRR and MaRisk
- You monitor, assess and evaluate price developments and market fluctuations on the relevant real estate market to meet regulatory requirements with corresponding documentation
- You actively participate in the further development of processes and implementation of regulatory requirements for the real estate market.
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- You already have several years of practical experience in commercial real estate valuation in accordance with BelWertV
- You have HypZert certification (ideally HypZert F) or a comparable qualification with certification in accordance with DIN ISO EN 17024
- You have an understanding of business administration and analytical skills
- Structured and results-oriented work, structured and results-oriented work, dealing with complexity, commitment and resilience are among your strengths and you are a team player
- You are willing to familiarize yourself comprehensively and promptly with a new area of responsibility and to attend specialist seminars and training courses
