In order to produce glass flacons, special tools are made by toolmakers to shape the liquid glass into a flacon during production.

The molds are processed manually by sawing, spotting, filing and polishing as well as mechanically by turning, drilling, milling, grinding and eroding with high precision. They also take care of the maintenance of the tools and continuously check their quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
Enjoy technology, manual skills, interest in mathematics and geometry, spatial awareness, independence and enjoyment of precise work.

SCHOOL-leaving certificate:
Qualifying secondary school leaving certificate or a higher qualification.
